Is a tour worthwhile on a short cruise stop?

We're arriving on a cruise at 8:00 AM and departing at 3:00 PM. Our main activity for the day is to go to West Bay Beach. Does booking a Bodden tour (best tour reviews we've seen) make sense with the limited time, or should we just take a taxi to West Bay?

are you sure you've got the right port=Bodden tours are in Roatan not Cozumel
