Can anyone give me any info. on this reservation? It sounds interesting. This would be an opportunity to experience a different tribe. I think all our other tours involve the Tlinglit tribe. How would we get there from Ketchikan? We are going flightseeing from 8-10am, & leave at 4pm. Can you recommend a tour that we would have time for? We would want to see the native dancers. TIA :)

Only way to get there on a day visit is to fly.

Thanks, BQ! :) I guess that's out. We're already taking 2 flights in Alaska, & I hate to fly. :eek: I'm curious, is there anything you haven't done or seen in Alaska? :D

PLENTY I haven't done. :) I have not been to Metlakatla :) but am familiar with the transportation necessary. It will be 20 trips to Alaska by the end of this season for me, started in 1994. I do need to move on and concentrate on other areas. I do have my favorites but there is endless travel ahead that I need to get going. :)
