Marinas and Monuments excursions

We've been going through the excursions for our upcoming cruise and wondered if anyone could recommend any particular trip, especially Rome. I've not been and want to see the Vatican, Cistene Chapel and Trevi Fountain. Thank you

Cheeky! Someone posted re. The Rome Express on Thomson and I replied to that yesterday. I'm not sure but I don't think you can do the Sistine Chapel and Trevi on the same trip but the one we did was well worth the money as to diy it would entail queueing at the Vatican for two hours for tickets or booking them online in advance. Hope that helps.:)
