Kon Tiki Beach Cruise

Has anyone done this excursion? How was it and how was the beach you went to?

I've not done the excursion, but several years ago the Kon Tiki party boat pulled up to the Emerald Beach resort (we were staying there on a non-cruise vacation). Not sure if they still use Emerald Beach but it is nice. Also, those on board appeared to be having a great time - music and drinking was in high gear....

My husband and I did the Kon Tiki back in 1998 and had a great time! We are hoping to do it again in Feb but I wasn't sure if they were still running.

The Kon-Tiki has been out of service for quite some time, however, they have been feverishly working on it to bring it up to Coast Guard regs. Not sure when mickey is going, but they could be back soon....

I just noticed on the RCI site that the Kon Tiki party boat excursion is being offered once again. We did the boat a few years ago and had a blast. Hope to do it again in December.
