temps and color week of october 15

ok, i confess, my last cruise was in 2004!

this site has greatly changed!

 

but, i am back and need some info on canada / new england cruising!

i am thinking about going the week of October 15 / royal caribbean jewel of the seas

we like being on the sea, (2 days is great)

what about the land ports? espescially saint john and halifax?

 

is this too late for fall colors, and what about the temps?

You can never predict the weather or the leaves. However this is perhaps a few days too late for the best of the leaves. If you are going to Sydney it is too late for the full experience at Louisbourg, but you can still take the lovely drive to Baddeck.

I live in Boston and visit Canada often. The colors in Boston and Maine will probably be fine. The weather in Canada and in New England during this week can be very changeable. I would suggest layers and be ready for warm weather but also some cool and crisp evenings.
