On our Alaskan cruise the Canaletto was open from 5:30 - 9:30 each night.

On our cruise the MDR closed at 9:00 p.m. and the Canaletto closed at 9:30 p.m. The Lido reopened at 11:00 p.m. with some main entrees.

When we returned late from a shore excursion, we were all directed to the Lido deck. Ask about that alternative as I think HAL provides for late returning excursions.
