Yes they did. A full service lounge with everything the concierge lounge has.

 

It's on deck 13 - a section of the Viking Crown Lounge. It has a door that can open into the larger part of the VKL, called Starquest on this ship, for an overflow lounge as needed.

Looks like all their ships will be getting a dedicated diamond lounge after their dry dock. Splendour is getting one later this month too I just read, so I guess the bigger ones (Voyager class) will get one too.
