This is the company I was referring to. They have a great video on their website, but I know that doesn't necessarily mean a great tour. If anyone knows of them, please let me know.

I do recognize it is cancelled a lot, but we will only be in Juneau a short time. I have a backup plan to visit Mendenhall Glacier if this doesn't work on that particular day. Thanks.

This is NOT the operator, they are booking agents. I suggest you "find" out who the actual operator is. There are 3 out of Juneau.

For me, I never recommend booking agents in Alaska, you are far better off, getting your information and bookings direct from the vendors.

Just wondering how you know they are booking agents. I couldn't tell from their website and also had a few email exchanges with them this past week (whic they were very prompted).

Just curious.

Because, they are not the helicopter companies out of Juneau.

The three that are out of Juneau that run glacier dog sledding, are ERA, TEMSCO and Coastal. Out of Skagway there is only TEMSCO.

I've flown with all three and they all will offer you an excellent tour. I suggest you take a look at websites, listings http://www.traveljuneau.com and find out what schedules are available and what tour works best for your overall plans.
