Latitudes Level Mix Up

Just got of the Dawn this morning, and wondered if this has ever happened to anyone? My Mom and I are both Gold Latitudes members, I know because I just changed after my last cruise and she needed one more to be platinum. We checked in, and both our cards said Platinum. So I asked, they brushed me off, so we just shrugged if off. So we get to our room, where we recieve all the platinum benefits: 2 dinners for 2 at Le Bistro, the free laundry, free champagne.

 

It became a bit of a running joke.....Anyone else?

That happened to my sister who was traveling with my father (Platinum) in the same cabin. Enjoy the Platium experience! :D
