They do not have FSC -- they will have ESPN and, when out of range of US networks, ESPN International. When I was on Monarch in 2008, we got the Euro '08 games. We got EPL games and Champion's League games on Independence during our TA in April '09. ESPN has rights to some games, so I assume those games will be available. The Fox games maybe not. Occasionally, I have noticed games on the foreign language channels that are not on the English channels. For example, on the TA, there was one Manchester United game that was on the German language channel that was not on anywhere else. I cannot remember, however whether that was a league game or a cup game. Network rights will have a lot to do with it. I would expect to be able to see at least some games.
