In various reviews over the last week or two, I have seen photos of the meatloaf, fried chicken, shark & langostine app. Also the alligator fritters, the oysters rockefeller, beef carpaccio & the frogs legs.

I'm working on my Legend review (8/28/11 NO HURRICANE), and I'll have lots of food porn, including the new stuff. Check it out, I'm working slowly, so be patient with me, but it's coming, I promise!!

Supposedly the 'alligator fritters' are currently 'calamari fritters' cuz they have not gotten their supply in yet (and won't tell you this unless you ask!). The meatloaf has some spicy red pepper in it - not that it's bad but some were complaining it was not described as such and perhaps they would not have ordered it had they known...and the fried chicken has not gotten any good reports as far as I have read.

 

Would also love to see some new 'food porn' if possible!

yes. all those hyperlinks in the review are links to images, whereas the images should have just been there to see in the review.

just got home from our cruise. My husband and son tried the frog legs and like them. I tried them and had to spit it out....didn't care of the taste and NO they don't taste like chicken.

Oysters Rockefeller--you're served 2. Mostly spinach. Couldn't find any cheese. Not that good.

Is it necessary to use the word 'disgusting' when talking about food? Pretty insulting, to both the cook and those who may actually enjoy the fried chicken. How would you feel if someone at YOUR table looked at the food you were looking forward to eating and called it disgusting?

Not fried, but still good. They seemed to be marinated in something and then baked? broiled? Not sure, but they were good.
