Ocean Club Gifts

I have no idea what the package is called but for the last few cruises I have been getting a bottle of free wine, free play, free drinks, free slot tournament entry. Last cruise I also got a hat and shirt. For my cruise this week I was also told to go see the casino manager for a special gift just for me.

How do you know what you're going to get? I've emailed Ocean Players club a couple of times and haven't heard anything from them. I sail in 17 days.

 

Normally I get an e-mail a week or so before the cruise telling me they will have something for me. Iwas also told once when I called them that they track the bookings and actually don't need to notify of them of future sailings. I still always send an e-mail about a month out letting them know my plans.

I do have a piece of advice for all the gamblers out there. If you have gambled on Carnival and have spent some time and $$ doing so....Call the Carnival players club at 1888-672-2582 and see if you qualify for a nice bon voyage package. They are only open from 8-5 eastern time.

I basically say the same thing but have never fill in any numbers and always get an email back and my gifts are delivered

That's great! We were also told to fo to casino for some cash. I just wonder if it is for real? I would be so embarrassed if nothing was there!

I have gotten the standard gift and it was chocolate covered strawberries, coupon for pictures, I believe it was for 15.00 and an entry into the slots tournament. Going again in 11 days, can't wait!!

 

The standard gift is chocolate covered strawberries, and a $15 picture coupon.

 

Premium gift is a fruit basket, which includes hard pears, apples, oranges, bananas, kiwi, ,nuts, dried fruit, cheese, crackers; bottle of wine; (2) 1.5 liter of bottled water, $15 picture coupon.

You really only need your name, email address, Ship, cruise date, DOB, and booking #. You don't need a membership #.

 

It usually takes a few emails to receive an answer. Make sure you print out the email. I didn't receive my gift the 1st night, while someone else in my group did. Luckily I had the email confirmation and within a day, the Asst. Maitre D' took care of it. An Asst. Maitre D' is the liaison between the Players Club and the guests.

Even if you ask for an email confirmation, they don't usually send it if you spoke with them on the phone.
