Hot Spots for Internet and/or Skype

There's a Clip and Sip internet cafe in the Tourist Village. I recall seeing another just outside to the left toward the swing bridge ( maybe 3 blocks). And at one time the Great House hotel near the port had internet access for Bel$15/hour (about Bel$2 for each US$1).

Yes, as the last poster mentioned, just follow the crew members as they get off the boat; they know every hot spot in every port in the world. That's what I do follow, well be more polite and ask them as they get off where there is a hot spot, especially if you see them carrying a laptop, Ipad, etc.
