Another early saver question

I might have to reschedule my upcoming cruise at the end of Jan 2012, I booked ES (already paid in full) but final payment date was not until Dec 1, 2011, my question is how long due you have to re-schedule for the $50 pp fee, is it anytime before final payment is due or after?:confused:

You have to do it by the day before final payment (not on the final payment date, too late).

 

After final payment standard cancellation penalties apply.

actually, we had to reschedule ours 3 weeks before cruise date. our TA called Carnival and we had to pay new rate $50/pp more + $50/pp admin fee. all in all only $200 to change. we hear we made out VERY well!

If I'm not mistaken you have 2 years to book a cruise and sail after cancelling so the longer you wait to cancel the longer you'll have to sail again.
