Cruise travel insurance

Hi folks

just wanted to pick your brains and ask for advice in travel insurance. Have travelled alot before, but notcruising, so just want to see if anyone recommends or have any horror stories of insurance companies to avoid? I know you can search the web for sites, but would sooner look at ones that you guys have used in the past.

Some insurance policies specifically exclude cruises, often in the small-print, tho the company can usually offer a cruise policy for about the same money.

 

If you travel even just a couple of times a year its worth getting an annual policy - in which case you need a general travel policy which includes cruising. We use insure&go, their policy seems as good as most, they offer various levels of cover & their premiums are competetive. Don't know how good they are with claims, never had to make one

We use Atlas Direct, they have various levels of cover and a competitively priced 'Annual Cover' if you don't have any pre-existing conditions.
