Each pax can bring a package of 12 nonalcoholic drinks in their carry on only, not to exceed 20 oz.

Yep... you sure can.

You're allowed a 12 pack of up to 20 ounce non-alcoholic beverages per guest as part of your carry on luggage during check in at the cruise terminal.

You're also permitted on 750 ml bottle of wine or champagne, also as part of your carry on luggage, for each guest over the age of 21.
