B2B Laundry Question . . .

We will be on a 20 B2B Emeral Princess cruise in February. Can we do laundry on board on the turn around day while the ship is in harbor in Fort Lauderdale??

 

Seems like it would be a great time since most passengers are getting off and the new passengers aren't interested in doing laundry.

yes you will have full access to the ship for the day and it is a great time to do laundry. Note you will have to meet at the designated time to clear customs.

At the time you have to go through customs you could always have a load of clothes being washed and just let it sit till you get back since they'll probably be no one else using the machines.

Said it would be open in the morning

of turnaround day..Wasn't

 

Then said will open after 2pm..Wasn't.

 

Then said open after we sail. Wasn't.

 

It was to close at eight. So gave up.

 

So think you have a 50-50 chance for it to be

that must of been frustrating. Did you check the other decks there is laundry on each deck. It could of been an inspection day, but that is odd, I've never experienced it and I have done a lot of b2b.

I've done this on b2b first thing in the am....i was the only one there and got everything done quickly, ironed and back in the cabin so I could enjoy the day...
