P&O shops survey

Got an email today from Carol Marlow with it was a survey all about the on board shops... seems the contract must be up and they are looking to see what it is we want from the shops.. Well I told them !!!!!!!! what we dont want is the same old stock year on year !!! what high street shop could manage selling old stock ?

Get rid of them all and use the space for something more useful. Having products laid out on tables in the higher level atrium public areas causes congestion and looks like a cheap jumble sale.

Tell them to stock shoelaces and combs.

 

When I asked for shoelaces, they said they didn't stock them. But the young lady did helpfully explain that lots of passengers asked for them! :rolleyes:

I have done 4 P&O cruises, my biggest purchase was a packet of Lemsip. I never like anything they sell and it's all rather expensive for what it is.

Last year could not buy a birthday card on board a world cruise. I guess nobody has a birthday when at sea.

Last year my husband had his birthday on Arcadia's World Cruise - he got loads of cards from the shop on board. They were generally blank, but still very suitable for his age and gender.
