Roatan - anyone used Upachaya lately?

Has anyone used Upachaya for a snorkeling tour lately? We will be the after Thanksgiving and I can't decide between using them or going to Tabyana and getting a small boat to take us out from there. First time in Roatan and I don't know if I will be missing anything by not going to the West End beaches. I am not the strongest swimmer, but do prefer to snorkel from a boat, away from all the crowds. Since Upachaya is on the windward side of the island, I'm worried it might be a little rough? Any advice will be great.

I've gone with Upachaya in the past and am going again in November. Best snorkeling tour we've ever had. I've never seen so many different colors of starfish! And they take you to a drop off reef which was awesome.
