Reflection Inaugural Voyage

I'm booked on the inaugural voyage of the Celebrity Reflection next October 12th. What are the chances of the ship not being completed on time? I'm flexible on actual sale date, but don't want to get burned on canceled or changed flights. Were the other ships delivered on time? What is the track record for ships from the Meyerwerft shipyards?

 

I love the idea of being among the first to sale on this beauty, but am worried about delays!

It would be extremely uncommon for it to not be completed on time. There is ample wiggle room built in as well as huge financial consequences involved if there were to be a delay. Generally ships are completed early (as were the other S-Class ships which had various preinaugural sailings.

That's what I figured. Just wanted some confirmation from cruise vets! :)

Actually, a couple of the ships came out early and they put in some cruises before the "first" one.
