Live4cruises Posted October 19, 2011 #1 Share Posted October 19, 2011 This is our first time to use HAL's complimentary air deviation (we are 3 Star), and I have some questions, of course. We are now within the magic 330 day window for our flights after disembarking. We faxed our request to AirPlus a few days ago, but haven't received an acknowledgement or other response. Before I pick up the phone, I'd like to be sure I have appropriate expectations for the speed of service. What have some of you experienced with Air Plus? rkacruiser Posted October 20, 2011 #2 Share Posted October 20, 2011 My most recent experience was this: my travel agent sent them my flight requests in late March, 2011 for March, 2012 and May 2012 flights. We did not learn of the arrangements until August, 2011. They were able to fulfill exactly my requests, however.
