MIA to port of Miami & Port of miami to FLL

Upcoming cruise transportation question.

 

Best way to get from MIA to POM & POM to FLL.

 

Shuttle service, Cab or cruise line bus. What would you recomend. Also associated costs with the options mentioned above.

We rented a car in both Fll (precruie) and MIA (Post cruise). Definatley the cheapest way if you have more than 2 people. There are no drop off charges and Dollar has a shuttle from the POM to the rental structure in MIA.

Cab fro MIA to POM...$24....fast and easy. I would look into SAS transportation for the trip from POM to FLL....too expensive to cab it there. And, the hassle of a rental, unless you plan on sightseeing isn't worth it.

Last time I googled and found a very good car service. From what i remember it was not much more then a cab.

I just did the FLL to Port of Miami and return. I used QLS and was quite pleased. They were on time, the vehicles were clean and not over loaded. You do need to book by phone or on line as they do not take walk ups. It's reservations only. Cost was $13 PP each way.
