flight out of San Juan

Thinking of booking a 11AM flight out of San Juan on a Sunday. Can't remember what time we got to the airport last year. Was wondering if anyone has had recent experiences with this time period.

We regularly get a 9:30 flight. It works fine. You will have no problem.

Don't forget that at SJU, you have to get in the Agriculture Inspection line to get the Agriculture sticker before you get in the regular boarding line.

Like was stated be sure to get off the ship quickly. Personally, we love San Juan and have stayed until Monday to avoid the crowds at the airport

Yes, make sure to go to one of the several Agriculture Inspection stations first. These are just inside the airport entrances and face the airline check in counters.

Staying until Monday may not be best either.

The only time we did this after a cruise was the worst experience we had when using SJU airport to get to/from four cruises. Monday is usually a busier than norm day at any airport.

Yep, that looks familiar. We booked the flights, and normally on a week cruise we can carry off our luggage, not heavy packers. I couldn't remember what time we left last Nov. Just found last years it. (I'm a pack rat)
