Cayman is not know for cheap alcohol when you are buying for on-island consumption. There is a heavy import duty applied. A cheap beer is probably about US$4.50 or so.

 

If you are buying duty free then the price is substantially lower but your purchases are delivered directly to your ship for the ship to distribute later at the end of the cruise.

Not cheap but there is a little restaurant on the water called Paradise that has beer. caybrew and a few others. I believe its around $5-$6 a beer the last time we were there.
