"Call to Book" when checking for price drop

So, have you ever been checking for a price drop and seen your category listed as "call to book"? Does that mean the category is sold out, or could it mean there's a huge discount at the moment on that category?

I called my TA and apparently Carnival's website is down (?) so they can't tell me anything now. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this?

Was this on the carnival site or a TAs?

TAs it could be a group rate.

Carnival it could be a last minute unpublished rate, that only PVPs have access to. usually last minute. I have not been hearing about as many lately... but my PVP used to get them more a year ago.
