Past Guest Number seems to have changed??

I have had the same past guest number since 2005 and for some reason last night when I went on line to look for an old booking number my cruise history was gone? I checked my paperwork for our cruise that happens in 16 days and my past guest number is different on this paperwork? I e-mailed Carnival to ask if they have changed the past guest numbers for some reason. I am hoping to hear from them soon, but I wondered if I had just missed this happening for some reason? I thought maybe with all the changes that may happen sometime in the future in regard to sailing history and reward levels that they might have changed the numbers? Has anyone else noticed their number has changed? :confused:

Several years ago I had a couple of different numbers and I called Carnival to have everything put under one number and that fixed it.

They may have used someone else's who has the same name as you.

If you are a Sr/Jr/III and so forth, depending on how the booking name was entered it will sometimes go as a new number as it is not able to pull up past history.
