suspaul Posted November 28, 2011 #1 Share Posted November 28, 2011 Could someone who has cruised on this ship give information on using wi-fi aboard the ship? I know that Viking says their ships all have wi-fi but I was wondering how well it worked for you. Were you able to connect using your iPhone, iPad, laptop? If signal strength is an issue I may reconsider. Thanks in advance. Susan
minimotorin Posted November 28, 2011 #2 Share Posted November 28, 2011 I was able to connect using both iPhone and laptop. It's slow and I mean SLOW, don't even think about emailing pics and you will get kicked about every 10 or so minutes.

rcaruso Posted November 30, 2011 #5 Share Posted November 30, 2011 Just got back from the Nov 20 cruise. Picked up the ship in Koblenz and had no trouble--with exception of Cologne--we were parked under a bridge. Since there is only one lock between Koblenz and Amsterdam using my I Pad was not a problem. I sent e-mails and searched the net. I didn't find it that slow.
