Diamond60 Posted November 29, 2011 #1 Share Posted November 29, 2011 Do anyone have suggestions for Limo Service from the LA Pier to the LAX Airport? My husband and I are cruising on NCL Jewel to Los Angeles. We would like any suggestions or referrals for reliable transportation from the Pier to LAX Airport. Your assistance in this matter would be most appreciated.

PigBoy Posted November 29, 2011 #3 Share Posted November 29, 2011 We've used Primetime Shuttle a few times without problems (redvans.com)
Diamond60 Posted November 29, 2011 Author #4 Share Posted November 29, 2011 Again, thanks for all the info given. My husband & I are booked on the Super Shuttle for $35 (that covers 2 of us). You can't get no more economical than that! The pickup is for 8:45 am. We needed to catch an 11:30 am flight. Great info!

You can't get no more economical than that! The pickup is for 8:45 am. We needed to catch an 11:30 am flight. Great info! Good choice !! Super Shuttle usually has lots of vans at the pier, and if you get off the Jewel early you won't need to wait for your booked time. They will take you as you get there, but you may have a few minutes wait to fill the van.
candydane Posted November 29, 2011 #6 Share Posted November 29, 2011 The one shuttle I would NOT use is Prime Time. They have a cancellation penalty and very rude customer service. Super Shuttle has a discount code that would reduce your fare. I can't remember what it is but you may be able to find it if your search the West Coast Departures forum. my_crib_too Posted November 29, 2011 #7 Share Posted November 29, 2011 We used Shuttle Express in October for a private van. Great service. Walked off the ship and they pulled up. $70 total.
jdvmd Posted November 29, 2011 #8 Share Posted November 29, 2011 We took a cab and were glad that we did instead of doing a shuttle.

On the other thread the OP had started with the same title, I explained my bad experience with PT. It wasn't pretty. We will never use them again. Rare Keith1010 Posted November 30, 2011 #10 Share Posted November 30, 2011 Here are two options and we have been pleased with both. If you are not in a rush and want to share a vehicle we have used Super Shuttle. Their web site is http://www.supershuttle.com If you would like to rid alone and speed is important we have used Execucar who is a subsidiary of super shuttle. Their prices are competitive. You can arrange for a private car. Their web site is http://www.execucar.com While you can book the vehicles on their web site you can just look for their toll free southern california offices on the site and call them.
