I booked the cruise to East Med in August, balcony, and just now I have seen that I have been upgraded to deluxe suite!! I'm not a new customer to MSC but not even a 'frequent sailer', I have booked six months ago, no discounts, so I think there no general rules for free upgrades...Whatever the criteria are, THANK YOU MSC

Wow lucky you. I have booked an eastern med cruise in October but never very lucky. I did get it for an excellent price but a little upgrade would not go amiss. Have a great time.
