This August we are going to be taking our second cruise (but the first with family). Here is my question, We have 3 kids with us, 20, 20, 13; the 13 year old will be in the clubs for his age group when we are off in the evenings having fun but what about the 20 yr olds? They are too old for the kids clubs but can they get into the dances , quest, etc? I know they will have stuff to do like swimming, bball, rock climbing, flowrider, during the day; and they can walk the promonade anytime but do they get to go to themed parties and such?

20 year olds can do anything the adults can do, with the exception of drink alcohol. They can gamble and/or go to the dance clubs, and they have no curfew.

 

My daughter was 19 on our Freedom cruises last May, and she enjoyed the Crypt for dancing at nights. There was a fairly large group of young adults in that age bracket, and they got to know each other pretty quickly. At least you have two 20 year olds traveling, so they'll have someone to hang out with.

That is good, they will be able to do anything is perfect! Even going to casinos! Wow did not think that they could gamble,guess used to Vegas where they could not be with us at the casino even though we were just stopping here and there while we walked around. I was figuring that there would be more people in that age bracket around on ship but did not know that they could go to the clubs and such! Thanks So Much.

Last Christmas on the Majesty they were IDing at the door for the Quest. No one under 21 was allowed in. Every other ship they opened it to anyone...
