heathernijoli Posted April 11, 2005 #1 Share Posted April 11, 2005 I found a great $800pp rate for a Navigator cruise and booked with an online agency that said they could not afford the $100 discount because of the already super low rate I got. Do you know if RCCL will give the discount as an onboard credit? I heard something like this before, I think.
cruisinfanatic Posted April 11, 2005 #2 Share Posted April 11, 2005 RCCL will not talk to you about discounts. They have to come from the TA. Is the price that RCL is charging now a lot more than what you're paying. Where did you find the $100 discount.
heathernijoli Posted April 11, 2005 Author #3 Share Posted April 11, 2005 The $100 discount if for being a Platinum member...
FunCruiser56 Posted April 11, 2005 #4 Share Posted April 11, 2005 Why not contact Crown/Anchor directly and ask them about getting the discount? I wonder if the Platinum discounts are directly from RCI, not the TA- Funcruiser
S.S. Cruisers Posted April 11, 2005 #5 Share Posted April 11, 2005 On our last cruise our TA said the same thing, your price is already discounted so much, (She was right about that) but low and behold RCCL also gave us the $100 for being platinum members! That made the pricing even better. But our TA was the one that talked to RCCL and got the $100.
