What changes were made to the Star

So how does the Star look after it's drydock? What changes were made if any or was it just a general spruce up?

The big changes were the replacement of the old steakhouse with the Crown Grill, upgrades to the Horizon Court and removal of the old mini golf course to replace it with a "lawn court" that's usable for other stuff. There's some photos of the drydock upgrades on Princess' Facebook page:

While the changes look great - love the Crown Grill decor - poor Star Princess seems to always get short-changed in dry dock. Again we were told that the casino and Crown Grill would be changing places and that the casino would have a new treatment (ala Golden Princess). Didn't happen. We were also told Alfredo's would be added to the Piazza. Didn't happen...

It was mentioned on Facebook that the cabin furnishings were spruced up - hopefully complaints about cabins not getting upgraded didn't trump the other amenities on Star Princess.

What is the problem with the Star's drydocks? :confused: The last time they said it was a problem with immigration for workers coming to SF.

 

That's the 2nd drydock they failed to make those planned changes like those on the Golden. That's very disappointing that Alfredo's Pizzaria wasn't installed. :( Were the Fiesta deck window suites installed?
