blue wave martini anyone?

We wish we were on Azamara for New Years Eve, but will have to be content with looking at the Destination guide. And a Blue Wave martini would help. Does anyone know the recipe that Azamara uses?:D

Happy and healthy new years to all.

In the Martini Bar on Quest it was made with pretty much equal measures of Bombay Sapphire gin and Blue Curacao, with probably 1oz of lemon juice. I preferred it with fresh lemon juice rather than the made up one. The Blue Wave had that vivid blue colour there. In Looking Glass it tasted just as good, but had less of the blue colour and I think the ratio of Blue Curacao to gin wasn't as great. Maybe 1oz Blue Curacao and 3oz of gin.

Cheers!

Phil

On the Quest, we usually ordered a Blue Wave in the Looking glass lounge as we enjoyed sailing away at the end of a busy day. Reflecting on a memorable day, and anticipating the next one.

Thank you Phil, for your reply and Happy New Year's to you!

We will be looking at at frozen lake tonight, but dreaming of a blue ocean.
