himandi Posted January 13, 2012 #1 Share Posted January 13, 2012 Can anyone tell me on this particular schedule does the visa have to be multiple entry for Vietnam or single -there is an awful difference in price. I was wondering as we are still in Vietnamese territory from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City. We are Uk resident by the way Thanks Luane

We are Uk resident by the way Thanks Luane I believe the Visas for Vietnam are arranged onboard by the ship at a cost of $50.00 per person. It was done this way on other cruiselines for us in the past and we did not have to have them issued in advance before arriving to the ship. Rare frantic36 Posted January 13, 2012 #3 Share Posted January 13, 2012 Did the same cruise in December 2010 and they arranged the visa on board for US$50. From what have read since they still do the same now. This covered all our stops in Vietnam. Just keep the card they give you on prior to the first stop as proof for all stops. Bell Boy Posted January 18, 2012 #4 Share Posted January 18, 2012 No problems Luane... I'm about to go on Quest in a few weeks time and our pre voyage info says ( as other posters have said) the 'vietnam visa will be arranged onboard'. JP1320 Posted January 19, 2012 #7 Share Posted January 19, 2012 Thank you everyone - just got an email through today from our TA giving me this information. Cant wait it is getting so close now. Without a doubt you will enjoy this cruise. We did the same one two years ago and the ports of call will provide an interest for all. Don't worry about Visa's, unless it is your credit card of choice, the ship will take care of everything. Enjoy your caviar in the sea, although this is available on board at any time.
