We have cruised Celebrity once. In two weeks we will do our second cruise with Celebrity. In June we'll do our third. I know that after the third cruise we will be Select status.

How do you figure that? You can only earn a maximum of 3 credits per cruise. You need 10 credits to become Elite.

I was on a complete different wavelength - thinking of the next step up - Select.

Your status gets bumped after you complete the sailing that moves you up. We have 9 credits and will be sailing in April. After that cruise we become Elite.

My wife asked this morning for me to check what benefits we gained when we reach Select status. Your post saved me having to suffer the slow, slow, slow response times on the Celebrity website :) Thanks.

 

In less than two weeks we will be on our second Celebrity cruise. We did the Baltic in 2010, we're doing South America in two weeks and in June we'll be doing the Arctic. We also looking at the other half of South America for March of 2013.
