Anyone parked in N.O. recently???

We are leaving on the Dream next Tuesday - driving from Houston that morning. From what I've read here, I should go straight to Fulton Street Garage.

 

Does that still sound like the best plan????

 

If we want to go to the French Quarter the day we get back for a few hours, should we drive over, or is there a better plan?? I just read a bit farther down that the 24th is the 1st Sunday of Jazzfest. Does that mean the FQ will be PACKED???

Driving straight to the FSG would be your best bet. Post-cruise you can leave your vehicle there and walk over to the French Quarter. It will be crowded.

The Jazz Fest takes place at City Park and it is not very close to the French Quarter. You should be ok with the crowds.
