Mrdell Posted January 21, 2012 #1 Share Posted January 21, 2012 Hello all,........We will be on the Gem in April with our children and grandchildren. Our youngest grandchild is 18 months and he will need a pack and play to sleep in. Do we have to bring our own pack and play or does NCL provide one for their guests? We have been on five NCL cruises but this is the first with our whole family. Really looking forward to it!....... Thank You
misslala Posted January 21, 2012 #2 Share Posted January 21, 2012 Yes you can request a pack and play. Usually you room steward will bring it right after you are allowed in your rooms if it is not there when you get there.

ictcruiser Posted January 21, 2012 #4 Share Posted January 21, 2012 NCL provided one for us on the STAR last week. It was not in the room when we arrived but the steward brought one shortly thereafter. The first portable crib we got was kind of rickety, but we asked if there was another one, and the second came in much better condition. We brought our own Pack-n-Play sheets, however. On my review "Star Review - Experienced Cruiser / First time with baby!" I detail our pack-n-play experience and a few other things which I hope might be helpful when traveling with a baby. I also included a picture of how we set up our room to best accommodate our cruising family and the crib. Enjoy your family cruise.
