Just got off yesterday, all non US passengers had to report to us customs on board before anyone could leave and I guess we were lucky because they did the quick check not the fingerprinting or eye scans and we were some of the first off at around 9AM.

Prob less intense since you had to enter USA to get on ship and were likely checked more extensively then.

On January 16 I was out of the terminal just after 9. All you do in the terminal is show your passport and turn in your custom declaration. Took me all of 15 seconds to get our of the terminal.
