They are, and unlike another ship I was on, they are filled and available all the time (with the exception of the pirate party)

DCL's pools are also fresh water and thus can be used while in port. The other lines that use salt water pools must drain them while in port. CDC's Vessel Sanitation Program rules.

Another point for DCL when comparing them to other lines.
