I have never been able to receive them. Called NCL & was told I don't qualify because I booked w/ a travel Agency.??????? Why should this matter.. I usually only book an inside..but $25.00 is still $25.00 I've e-mailed NCL about this matter from their home site "e-mail us" got a reply stating they received my e-mail & should get a responce within 2 weeks..............3 months later........?????????????? No reply. Guess it's their way of saying "Sorry" !!!! Has anyone else ever gotten them when booked through a travel agency?

Unfortunately, no, not always. :(

 

There's some "fine print" that occasionally negates what visually appears online, and NCL adjusted a few of their Latitudes Insider guidelines at the same time as rolling out the new rewards points.

 

But I remind myself it's their game and they can set the rules as they choose.
