recent Mariner Portofino questions

In Dec. we ate the first night in Portofino. Just after we ordered, out waiter came back and said they were offereing surf and turf that night if we wanted to change our orders. We didn't, but I wonder if this has been offered again on Mariner first night? And was the "surf" lobster tail? If so, we may opt for this in Feb. Also, has anyone been sucessful in using your second(for a couple)D+ BOGO specialty restaurant coupon on a different night than the first night? I have seen some reference to people being allowed to do this.

We ate at Portofino's the first night on the boat this past week (1/22-1/29) on Mariner. They offered us the surf and turf right off the bat and it was a filet and lobster. VERY GOOD!!!
