Buranogal Posted January 30, 2012 #1 Share Posted January 30, 2012 Have booked 1621 but wonder now if the view is poor as its just after the hump. Which is the best way to go? Mid-ship. portside? starboard? How big is the overhang. Any info be appreciated
Rare Essiesmom Posted January 31, 2012 #2 Share Posted January 31, 2012 If you go to the Celebrity board here at CC, they have a sticky at the top of the page with descriptions of cabins on Solstice class ships. I'm sure you can find what you want there. EM
cb at sea Posted January 31, 2012 #3 Share Posted January 31, 2012 While you may not be able to see the very front of the ship, it won't matter....you'll still have a wide-open, full view out to sea! The hump area isn't like a "wall" in front of you...it's simply a curvature......your view will be fine. The side of the ship won't matter, as the ship doesn't dock in the same place or same direction everytime...you have a 50/50 chance of facing what you want at every port.
