Yes the Crown has MUTS -- and the volume is loud enough at times to make the deck vibrate and make you wish you brought ear plugs as decibel readings are often in the 90s! If you like rock concerts you might like it...

We had a blast watching the Packers win on Christmas Day. It was sooooo much nicer than sitting on those cold metal bleachers up in Green Bay. It really was more fun than my first NFL game, the Ice Bowl.

Will be thinking of you all. Enjoy.

The bass sounds especially are ship shakingly loud. And since Crown was running movies or concerts all day long on our cruise, it can get annoying. And yet there are many who park themselves in the morning facing the screen and are happy staring at the thing all day. Daytime movie watching is a mystery to me, as you can't really see the picture on the screen well with the sun shining overhead. But, everyone to their own tastes. We sat in another area.
