You have it backwards - it's because it's illegal that it's not offered.

I'm not disputing that because I really don't know. I was just making comment on the statement: "If it was legal for someone to board the Statendam in San Diego and switch to the Amsterdam in Vancouver in order to go on to Seattle, HAL would sell that b2b. They don't. " Inductive and deductive reasoning isn't always right.

So you'd accept the answer and stop calling after the second "NO"? Or would it take more than that? ;)

 

It depends. In the case of my Nov. cruise, since I got a yes the first time I called, then nos the next 2 times, I called a 4th time and got a maybe. That's when they sent the letter off to the government asking for approval and it was approved. I'm glad I was persistant. It was nice having our daughter join us for part of our cruise since she lives several states away from us now.
