Carry-on bag: wrist blood pressure monitor

Flying back to the U.S., any likely problem with a wrist-mounted, battery-operated blood pressure monitor?

My only thoughts are that you might have issues if it uses lithium batteries (see special DOT rules). You won't get extra allowance, but I would wager that you should be fine. Might get some extra scrutiny and a "please open the case".

 

FWIW, yours would be my first data point for those devices.
