You may bring onboard any beverages you wish (as much as you wish). This means alcohol, sodas, water, whatever. The only restrictriction is DCL asks you to bring it onboard in your carry on luggage, not checked.

Also it can only be consumed in your stateroom or private balcony, you can't walk around the ship with it.

 

The only exception is if you wish to bring a bottle of wine to dinner, in which case you'll be charged a $20 corkage fee.

Depending on what terminal you come into, that might be easier said than done. And once you leave the sterile concourse, you can't go back and the duty free is on the airsides.

The Disney Dream is sailing out of Florida in March. Your location is listed as New York. Unless you are flying internationally, you won't have access to any duty free shopping.

New York is in the U.S. and Orlando, Florida is in the U.S.. I'm not seeing an International flight. Not sure about your confusion.

My confusion is I thought that there would be duty free shops at all terminals especially if flying into an international airport?

Found this on the MCO airport website:

 

At Orlando International Airport, duty-free shops can be found in the West Hall of the main terminal, the Hub in Airside Terminal 1, and the Hub in Airside Terminal 4.

Hense flying Delta which is located in terminal 4. So I will find a duty free shop :)

Yes, you will find a Duty Free shop at the Orlando Airport. No, you will not be able to make a purchase without departing MCO on an International flight.

You appear to be greatly confused about what "Duty Free" stores are about. DutyFree.com will explain it to you. This part in particular should help with your confusion:

When*buying bargains*at airport*duty-free shops, you often won’t be allowed to carry the merchandise onto the plane. Instead, an airline employee will deliver the item to you once you've boarded. If you are arriving on a Sunday morning, you're out of luck. Alcohol can't be sold in Florida until noon on Sundays.
