Maui on Own - Not Road to Hana

What can be recommended to do on Maui? We will be there 2 full days and have done the Road to Hana before. There are four of us and would just like recommendations of things to see, best beaches, etc.

Kaanapali Beach.

 

Mount Haleakala.

 

Ioa Needle and state park.

 

Snorkel at Molokini and/or Lanai.

 

Old Lahaina luau, and just walk around Lahaina.

 

Shopping.

 

Maui Ocean Center and/or trip with Pacific Whale Foundation.

 

Or just enjoy the ship's facilities while most people are at port.

There are some great driving guides on this website I have used before. They give you descriptions of places to stop and mile marker numbers.
