jchipgcs Posted February 12, 2012 #1 Share Posted February 12, 2012 It looks like we've got transfers included in our cruise rate, as indicated in the cruise personalizer. Anybody know how that works? Only thing I've seen is "go to the Princess desk in the airport". Do you have to sit around a long time waiting for a shuttle? sweet carol Posted February 13, 2012 #2 Share Posted February 13, 2012 We never bought a transfer for our recent cruise but when we landed in San Juian there was a representative with a well displayed Princess Cruise sign and in a princess uniform. When we Used the transfers on other cruise we went to the identifying agent and collected our luggage they told us where to wait and when all passengers on that flight had arrived we were transferred it went very smooth. If you do not want the Princess xfers (which seem to be automatically added to some bookings), you can call your travel agent (or Princess if you booked with them) to have them removed from your booking. If you keep the Princess xfers, once you have collected your luggage you will see a Princess representative (will be carrying a Princess sign) and that person will tell you what to do next. How long you may have to wait will usually depend on if a bus is there ready to be used and how long they wait for the bus to fill up.
