What's wrong with the SD Web Cam?

Anyone know? I clicked on the short cut link I keep on my desk top that I always (successfully) click on and got an error:

 

Resource name not specified or specified incorrectly in the url "http://live6.truelook.com/face/newface.jsp?zoom=2.0&name=%2Fecodb%etc.

It's not just you ... it's not working for me either. :(
