italian cruise in september weather?

has anyone been on the independence of the seas at the end of september, just wondering what the weather will be like on board, and what i will need to take to wear? it will be two days at sea at the begining of the cruise then gibraltar is the first stop then into the med

Took this cruise in 2008. The weather was fabulous. You may need to cover up at night out on deck. Here's a pic from Pisa, you can see how warm it was ! :D

We cruised the western Mediterranean last year at the end of Sept ,begining of Oct. and it was great. The weather was warm and sunny all but one day when it rained. Summer clothes are fine, but bring a sweater or light wrap just in case.

Took this cruise last September. The weather on the first sea day was a little rough and quite cool, the remnants of hurricane Irene, I think. After that it was glorious weather the whole way, including the last sea day. Rained when I got off the ship though :(
